Role Description

We are seeking experienced Orals Coaches to join our consultant network. The Orals Coach supports proposal teams preparing for competitive oral presentations. Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with authors to develop compliant, persuasive presentation content.
• Providing input on the development of themes, messages, and visual aids.
• Assisting with speaker selection.
• Developing scripts and presentation content in accordance with proposal requirements and team strategy.
• Using integrated approaches to include key messages, graphics, strategies, and outlines.
• Conducting mock Q&A sessions using customer simulations to evaluate team readiness to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of oral coaching proposal experience.
• Must be available to work on a project basis as an independent (1099) consultant.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Security Clearance a plus.
