[Hiring] Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist @NextGen Commerce

Role Description

Seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Integration Specialist to support a long-term, phased migration from SAP ECC to Oracle Fusion ERP. This contractor will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations as part of a multi-year ERP transformation initiative. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with ownership across the full integration lifecycle.

• Analyze existing SAP ECC integrations and interface architectures to define OIC-based migration and coexistence strategies.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations supporting SAP ECC and Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, file-based, scheduled, and event-driven patterns, leveraging standard OIC adapters.
• Develop and maintain data mappings using XSLT, XML, JSON, and canonical data models to support scalable integration design.
• Implement error handling, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization within OIC to meet SLA and reliability requirements.
• Support coexistence, parallel-run, and cutover integration scenarios during phased ERP migrations.
• Collaborate with functional, SAP, Oracle Fusion, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Provide ongoing operational support, enhancements, and governance as additional modules are migrated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience with end-to-end integration delivery ownership.
• Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP using OIC in complex enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC integration concepts, including IDocs, RFCs, and legacy interfaces.
• Expertise with REST and SOAP services and data transformations using XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Experience with OIC adapters, integration packages, connectivity agents, and standard integration patterns.
• Ability to work independently in a long-term contract role with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or leading SAP ECC to Oracle Fusion ERP migrations.
• Hands-on experience with coexistence and phased ERP migration strategies.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) related to integration deployments and security.
• Understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes across Finance, SCM, Procurement, or HCM.
• Experience providing production support and post-go-live stabilization for OIC integrations.
