Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Pricing Modeling Specialist to support a critical Oracle Fusion implementation initiative. The organization has operated on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for more than 24 years and is transitioning to Oracle Fusion. This consultant will play a key role in redesigning, optimizing, and streamlining pricing processes within the new environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of functional and technical expertise, acting as both a hands-on contributor and trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. This individual will be instrumental in designing pricing solutions, guiding implementation activities, mentoring team members, and training end users to maximize adoption.

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Pricing solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during Oracle Fusion implementation activities.
• Analyze current Oracle EBS pricing processes and recommend best-practice Fusion solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to streamline and improve pricing strategies, workflows, and system functionality.
• Provide both functional guidance and technical expertise across the pricing landscape.
• Collaborate closely with the Principal Engineer and broader implementation team.
• Configure and support pricing structures, discounting strategies, and pricing models within Oracle Fusion.
• Assist with integration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Deliver hands-on system configuration and solution development as needed.
• Mentor and guide technical team members throughout the implementation process.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for business users and support teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, with a strong focus on Pricing.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Pricing architecture, configuration, and best practices.
• Proven ability to serve in a combined functional and technical role.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and translating them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Strong consultative and client-facing communication skills.
