Role Description

Under general supervision, performs a variety of operational tasks for a moderately complex-to-complex process or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure along with researching any issues that may arise. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Acts as escalation point for less senior technicians for complex issues or transactions and provides training as needed. This person will also:

  • Handle maintenance in the commercial loan space once it is booked in the system.
  • Work on complex credit requests, process roll-overs, rate changes, commitment changes, and clear bills on Signature, etc.
  • Monitor a shared inbox and process miscellaneous requests.
  • Manage requests for loan history, modifications, creating manual statements, and ticklers.

Qualifications

  • High School Required
  • Associate's Degree Preferred
  • 2-4 years Office Required
  • 3-5 years Office / Operations Preferred
