Role Description
This role involves managing warranty claims for Audi dealerships with a focus on customer service and compliance.
- Review claims for manufacturer's compliance with policy and procedures
- Utilize proprietary CARS application to assist in resolution of dealer compliance issues
- Book claims
- Close claims
- Submit claims for payment
- Account for and clear differences in payment
- Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow to dealer clients
- Maintain appropriate certifications and knowledge of updated policies and procedures
- Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer’s policy
Qualifications
- Previously held position as a Warranty Admin in a franchised Automotive Dealer
- The ability to motivate others to achieve their highest potential, particularly those within the dealership
- Good working knowledge of DMS software
- Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
- Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
- Proficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes
- Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Dealer experience managing warranty claims
- Excellent customer service through accurate claims processing
- Ability to maintain professionalism and integrity
- Full-time availability; part-time work is not offered
- Non-compete agreement required
