• Managing and analyzing Held By Production (HBP) assets across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and other basins.
• Reviewing leases, drilling clauses, production data, and title to determine HBP status.
• Communicating findings clearly to clients, project managers, and internal teams (no disappearing acts here!).
• Keeping documentation clean, organized, and client-ready.
• Working independently while still being a reliable, responsive team player.

Qualifications

• Proven Oil & Gas Landman experience (Texas & New Mexico required).
• Strong, hands-on experience with HBP determinations.
• Strong due diligence (HBP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you follow up, explain well, and keep people in the loop).
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and professional.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your workload efficiently.
• No slackers - seriously, we do have to put that.
