[Hiring] Oil Chemical Tanker - Master @Columbia Shipmanagement

Role Description

CSM Rijeka is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement.

• Overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation and operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Plan and execute voyages efficiently.
• Supervise cargo operations (loading, stowage, securing, discharge).
• Lead crew, enforce safety procedures, and conduct drills.
• Handle emergencies and maintain all documentation & reporting.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid COC (STWC Reg II/2) with verification.
• Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.
• Experience with a multi-cultural working environment.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in the written and spoken English language.
• Safety culture and mindset.

Requirements

• Minimum experience requirements: 12 months in rank on the same type/size of vessel.
• Experience in FRAMO and/or Steam Turbines cargo pump system is required.
• Experience with Oil/Chem Cargoes (CPP, DPP, Veg. Oil, Crude Oil).
• Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.
