Role Description

Come Office Manager & Executive Assistant, sarai il braccio destro dei Founder e la persona che tiene tutto sotto controllo. In particolare, ti occuperai di:

Coordinare le agende e le attività quotidiane del team
Gestire i rapporti operativi con clienti, partner e fornitori
Gestire attività amministrative e organizzative (contabilità base, documenti, scadenze, etc.)
Supportare la gestione dei progetti e del day-by-day aziendale
Mantenere ordine e fluidità nei processi aziendali e nell'uso dei tool

Qualifications

Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in contesti start up
Super organizzata e precisa
Proattiva e capace di anticipare le esigenze
Con ottime capacità comunicative, sia scritte che orali
Capace di gestire le priorità e risolvere problemi in modo rapido ed efficiente
La residenza o il domicilio a Torino, costituiranno un titolo preferenziale in fase di selezione

Requirements

100% Smart Working: ci vediamo dal vivo solo occasionalmente
Orari flessibili, con focus sui risultati
Team giovane e affiatato, ambiente informale e pragmatico
Focus sui risultati, senza fronzoli

Inquadramento e compenso

Contratto: Partita IVA o Contratto di assunzione (da definire nella prima call)
Compenso: Flessibile, in base all’esperienza (junior o senior)

Orari: Flessibili, orientati ai risultati
