Role Description

We are currently seeking an OCM Sr. Consultant to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
• 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience with trusted advisor activity.
• 5 years’ experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements.

Requirements

• Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
• 2 or more years in organization development/design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
• Impressive communication skills with the ability to craft executive summaries and detailed reports.
• Team player with a flexible "can-do" attitude and a results-driven commitment to success.
• Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
