Role Description

OCI Admin with OIC exposure Team Member Position:

• SAAS and PAAS Administration:
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Software as a Service (SAAS) and Platform as a Service (PAAS) environments.
• Integration Understanding:
  • Familiarity with integrations between SAAS and PAAS environments, including managing jobs and workflows within these systems.
• Job Monitoring and Debugging:
  • Experience in monitoring jobs, reviewing debug logs, and identifying potential issues or inefficiencies.
• Troubleshooting Skills:
  • Ability to handle job failures or warnings, with the knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
• Escalation Procedures:
  • Know when to escalate issues to the appropriate teams or groups when troubleshooting fails or when higher-level intervention is required.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Good communication skills to interact with different groups for issue resolution and escalation.
