[Hiring] NetSuite Consulting Manager – Product/MFG @Bpm Llp

Role Description

As a Managed Services NetSuite Consultant, you will lead and understand a client’s subscription terminology, gather requirements, configure, test, and walk the client through end-to-end processes and train end users. Industry experience in the software and vertical services are preferred.

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consulting Manager – Product Focus with deep functional expertise in NetSuite for product-based businesses, including Retail, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, manage implementation teams, and provide strategic consulting for complex supply chain, manufacturing, and warehouse management solutions.

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for Retail, Manufacturing, and Wholesale Distribution clients.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and implement NetSuite modules related to:
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
  • Procurement & Purchasing
  • Demand Planning
  • Manufacturing (Work Orders, WIP & Routing)
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Multi-location Inventory & Fulfillment
  • Pick, Pack & Ship
  • Barcode/RF Scanning
• Serve as the primary functional consultant and trusted advisor for client engagements.
• Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams throughout project delivery.
• Review solution designs and ensure adherence to implementation best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, discovery workshops, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and third-party applications.
• Drive successful project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction and business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience with product-based organizations.
• Strong expertise in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing business processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing:
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
  • Purchasing
  • Manufacturing (WIP & Routing)
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Warehouse Management (WMS)
  • Demand Planning
  • Multi-location Inventory
  • Pick, Pack & Ship
  • Barcode/RF Scanning
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery.
• Ability to conduct business process workshops and recommend best-practice NetSuite solutions.

Requirements

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations is a plus.
• Exposure to SuiteCommerce, RF-SMART, or third-party warehouse solutions is an advantage.
• Consulting or professional services background.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, and client demonstrations.
