Role Description

The NetSuite Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the final phases of the SAP-to-NetSuite migration and actively contributing to the implementation of the new ERP system. In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in implementation, testing, process validation, user training, and end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of the system.

The role will involve close collaboration with our various teams, as well as participation in process optimization and the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives following the migration.

• Participate in the final phases of the SAP-to-NetSuite migration and collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful completion and deployment of the system.
• Analyze business needs and translate functional requirements into appropriate NetSuite solutions in collaboration with the teams involved.
• Configure, test, and validate the system to ensure that NetSuite meets the company’s operational needs.
• Design and implement improvements to workflows and business processes in NetSuite to maximize operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and document the NetSuite customizations, scripts, and integrations required to meet business needs, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Train and support end users in the adoption of NetSuite and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and answer questions.
• Provide post-implementation support for NetSuite to identify issues, optimize processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the system.
• Develop and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards in NetSuite using SuiteAnalytics, SuiteAnalytics Workbook, and SuiteQL to support activity tracking and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong business process analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in project management or working closely with project managers in an ERP migration environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and resolve migration-related challenges.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x and JavaScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, and NetSuite customizations, as well as SuiteTalk REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth 2.0, and SFTP; experience deploying, debugging, and promoting changes between Sandbox and Production environments.
• Minimum of three years of experience with NetSuite; experience with SAP is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
