Role Description
This role involves supporting employees with logistics solutions during an IEFP Internship.
- Support all employees who request logistics solutions (e.g. accommodation, travel, etc.)
- Provide all information and logistics documentation needed to the employees
- Maintain contact with suppliers and potential suppliers in the market
- Manage logistics purchases
- Follow up and support all employees that use logistics solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Tourism or equivalent - mandatory, in accordance to the internship requirements
- Previous experience in travel management will be a plus
- English proficiency (B1) is mandatory
- Computer skills in MS Office and other office tools
- Good communication, organizational and teamwork skills
