Role Description

We are looking for a specialist who understands the MMP ecosystem and enjoys turning industry developments into practical product guidance. You will stay closely connected with leading MMPs, OEMs and measurement-quality partners, understand their latest policies and technical requirements, and work with Xerxes Product and Engineering teams to keep our platform aligned, prepared and compliant. This is a forward-looking role focused on ecosystem knowledge, partner collaboration and continuous product readiness, with fraud prevention as an important part of overall measurement and supply quality.

What You'll Own

• MMP ecosystem alignment: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of MMP policies, attribution standards, technical requirements and applicable compliance expectations for Xerxes.
• Measurement and supply standards: Help establish clear guidelines for attribution accuracy, integration validation, supply quality and responsible fraud prevention.
• Industry partnerships: Build productive working relationships with MMP product and technical teams, OEMs and measurement-quality providers to exchange updates and best practices.
• Product readiness: Translate new partner policies and ecosystem developments into practical recommendations for Xerxes Product and Engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Follow industry developments: Stay informed about MMP policy updates, attribution methodologies, API and postback requirements, privacy-related measurement changes and quality standards.
• Assess relevance for Xerxes: Understand how new MMP requirements affect our measurement flows, integrations, publisher ecosystem and product capabilities.
• Strengthen measurement quality: Work with MMPs and quality partners to understand fraud-prevention standards, validation methods and traffic-quality signals as part of a proactive quality framework.
• Collaborate with OEMs and supply partners: Understand their user-acquisition journeys, integration requirements and measurement expectations to support reliable, compliant supply.
• Guide Product and Engineering: Turn external policy and technical updates into clear product recommendations, support implementation planning and help validate agreed changes.
• Keep teams informed: Share timely, simple guidance and best practices with Product, Supply, Operations and Customer Success so everyone works from current ecosystem requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in mobile measurement, attribution, technical integrations, ecosystem compliance or closely related product and solutions roles.
• Strong understanding of leading MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular and Branch, including attribution policies, partner requirements and integration standards.
• Ability to interpret attribution outcomes, validation requirements and fraud-prevention signals, and apply them to practical DSP and supply-quality guidelines.
• Working knowledge of postbacks, S2S/API flows, SDK concepts, event mapping, attribution windows and integration validation.
• Experience converting partner policies, measurement updates and technical standards into actionable guidance for Product and Engineering.
• A proactive approach to tracking ecosystem developments and building constructive relationships with MMP, OEM and quality-technology teams.

Good to Have

• Previous work in Product, Solutions, Technical Integration or Measurement teams at a major MMP.
• Experience with Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Transsion or similar device ecosystems and their acquisition and measurement flows.
• Familiarity with Protect360, mFilterIt, TrafficGuard, FraudScore or similar solutions and their role in industry best practices.
• Experience helping a product team adopt new MMP policies or technical standards ahead of their effective dates.

What Success Looks Like

• A clear understanding of the latest applicable MMP requirements, with a documented plan to keep Xerxes aligned as policies evolve.
• Practical measurement, integration-validation and supply-quality guidelines agreed with Product, Engineering and relevant teams.
• Active working relationships with key MMP and quality-technology teams, helping Xerxes receive, interpret and act on relevant updates in time.
• Measurable progress toward making Xerxes known for dependable measurement, consistent compliance practices and quality-led mobile user acquisition.
