[Hiring] Mobile Cleaning Supervisor @OCS Group

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to help with the running of various sites with clients. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a cleaning team's recruitment and development of staff.
• Maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of planned and periodic cleaning for a Client.
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety procedures while maintaining high standards.
• Carrying out routine planned and periodic cleaning audits.
• Delivering monthly training and monitoring standards of cleanliness and the use of materials and equipment.
• Monitoring stocks as necessary.
• Dealing with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous supervisory experience and experience working with a large team.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals.
• Experience working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
• Understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and competency using IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence.
• Previous experience as a supervisor.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Attendance at face-to-face training sessions, virtual sessions, and e-learning.
• A minimum of 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence for van fleet insurance purposes.
