Role Description
We are looking for a talented Middle Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse Team.
Responsibilities
- Implement enhancements and customizations to Salesforce configurations
- Test and validate new configurations, customizations, and system updates to ensure quality and functionality align with business expectations
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained for different users
- Implement scalable automation solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with Dev team to implement complex solutions
- Provide hands-on support for advanced user inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing corrective measures promptly
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Validation Rules, Flows
- At least an Intermediate Strong level of English
Must Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant OR Service Cloud Consultant
Will be a plus
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
Work Schedule
- Full-time working day, the full remote is available
