Role Description

We are looking for highly skilled Mathematics Experts to contribute to an AI training project involving advanced mathematical problem-solving, computational mathematics, numerical methods, and Python.

• Solve and validate advanced mathematical and computational problems.
• Translate mathematical requirements into precise, executable workflows.
• Implement mathematical workflows using Python and command-line-accessible tools.
• Use Python to automate calculations, numerical experiments, parameter sweeps, visualization, and result validation.

Qualifications

• An MS or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computational Science, Theoretical Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field; or
• A BS in Mathematics or a closely related quantitative field plus at least 1–2 years of mathematics-focused professional or research experience in top companies/institutions.
• Strong expertise in at least one mathematical area, such as applied mathematics, numerical analysis, optimization, probability, statistics, discrete mathematics, algebra, geometry, mathematical modeling, or dynamical systems.
• Relevant tools may include Python, SymPy, SageMath, SciPy, CVXPY, NumPy, GNU Octave, Julia, or similar programmatic mathematical software. Experience with an equivalent CLI-accessible tool is acceptable.
• Relevant Python tools may include NumPy, SciPy, SymPy, pandas, Matplotlib, Jupyter, CVXPY, statsmodels, NetworkX, numerical solvers, optimization libraries, or domain-specific scientific packages. No single library is mandatory.
