Role Description
- Systemseitige Prüfung, Freigabe und Verarbeitung von Warenanlieferungen inklusive Rechnungsprüfung
- Erfassung und Überwachung von Bestellungen
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Materialwirtschaft
- Unterstützung bei der Stammdatenpflege (Artikel, Kunden, Lieferanten)
- Unterstützung bei Analysen und Auswertungen
Qualifications
- Idealerweise kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Büroerfahrung
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
- Erfahrung in Einkauf und Wareneingang von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
