Role Description
This role involves project recruitment and panel building for the QQFS division, focusing on the Scandinavia region and other assigned markets.
- Ensure that recruitment tasks assigned for projects are fully executed
- Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and carry out cold calling to recruit respondents
- Proactively plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions
- Provide updates to the project management team on project progress and results
- Flag concerns to senior management when recruitment progress is off track
- Ensure that outsource targets for allocated markets are achieved
- Meet monthly registration targets for the Scandinavia region
- Execute panel building initiatives in assigned markets
- Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses
- Call users to reactivate their accounts
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and handle inquiries and complaints
- Work with the Project Management team to resolve project-specific issues
- Ensure respondent inquiries are handled according to company policy
- Provide input on updating communication procedures and guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with panel members
- Provide high-quality support to M3 Global Research members
- Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on data quality procedures
- Complete the verification process for newly registered members
- Complete link testing for online Market Research projects
Qualifications
- Fluency in Danish and ideally other QQFS languages (French, German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch)
- Exhibit clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, and email
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to ask probing questions and ensure audiences feel supported
