Role Description
This role involves new product implementation R&D and rapid development to support our key customers.
- Implementation and standardisation of manufacturing methods across ESP.
- Design, development and implementation of new tooling strategies to support the growth of the Sealing & Polymer business.
- Act as the cross departmental link between design and production to ensure smooth transition from concept to batch production.
- Creation, evolution and control of standard operating procedures for Sealing & Polymer.
Hours of work: 08.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (1 hour break, 40 hours per week).
Qualifications
- Solidworks, CAMWorks, DriveWorks, Mazatrol programming experience.
- QMS knowledge.
- Competent IT skills.
- Ability to react to changing and challenging situations.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Calm and methodical work ethic.
- Continual improvement experience.
