As a Manager within Huron's Managed Services practice, you'll lead Oracle HCM Payroll support engagements, mentor consultants, and help clients maximize the value of their Oracle HCM Cloud investment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle consulting, managed services, or enterprise application support experience
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Experience leading managed services/support delivery and transition activities
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• Proven people leadership and Manager-level experience
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Remote in U.S. or Canada

Requirements

• Lead Oracle HCM Payroll managed services engagements for enterprise clients
• Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada

Benefits

• Estimated base salary: $135,000 - $165,000 (U.S.)
• Total estimated compensation range: $155,250 - $206,250 (U.S.) inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity
• Eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program
• Eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs
