Role Description
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Logistiek & Operations Manager die de volledige supply chain en logistieke operatie van onze e-commerce business naar het volgende niveau brengt.
- Overzien en optimaliseren van de operatie van meerdere Shopify stores onder dezelfde brandnaam.
- Coördineren van onze supply chain om een efficiënte en kosteneffectieve werking te garanderen.
- Optimaliseren van logistieke processen, inclusief voorraadbeheer, fulfillment, en verzending.
- Analyseren van data om knelpunten te identificeren en de operationele efficiëntie continu te verbeteren.
- Leiding geven aan een team bestaande uit onze sourcing agent, operationeel medewerker en Customer Service (CS) Manager.
- Direct schakelen met het executive team en de CEO om strategische doelen te behalen en groeikansen te benutten.
Qualifications
- Bewezen ervaring in supply chain management, logistiek, of operations binnen e-commerce.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het managen van teams en het verbeteren van operationele processen.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om projecten te overzien en te structureren.
- Data-driven mindset: je baseert beslissingen op cijfers en analyses.
- Zelfstarter met een "can-do"-mentaliteit en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
