Role Description

We are hiring a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator (English & Spanish) to join a growing US freight brokerage and develop into a Full-Cycle Account Manager. This is more than a traditional track-and-trace or logistics support position. You'll begin by managing:

• Shipment coordination
• Carrier communication
• Transportation operations

Before progressing into:

• Freight quoting
• Carrier sourcing
• Rate negotiation
• Customer account management

High-performing candidates may advance into an Account Manager role within 3–6 months, depending on demonstrated skills and performance. This opportunity is ideal for someone with logistics or freight brokerage experience who wants to build a long-term career in transportation account management.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Comfortable communicating and negotiating with freight carriers
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong accountability, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Interest in developing into a customer-facing Account Manager

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics coordination, dispatching, carrier sales, or transportation operations
• Experience working with US freight carriers and transportation networks
• Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, or similar freight load boards
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS), particularly Tai Software
• Familiarity with 3CX or similar business phone systems
• Knowledge of Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Produce, Oversize, or specialized freight transportation
