[Hiring] LMR Application Support & ROL Testing Engineer @Anovia

Role Description

We are looking for a Systems Specialist to support and test our Radio Online (ROL) application. The role involves:

• Application support
• Integration and system testing
• JavaScript scripting
• Working in an Agile team

You will troubleshoot user issues, manage defects in Jira, maintain ROL system rules, and work with the team to improve the application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 3+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience OR 5+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience
• Great verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps simply and help users with patience and empathy

• Knowledge or experience with ASTRO 25, MOTOTRBO, MCC 7500E, and AXS Consoles
• Experience in Radio Online (ROL), LMR, or public safety communication systems
