[Hiring] Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative @Porch Group

Role Description

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as a Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative. You will support the licensing and compliance departments in data entry, data review, and some additional administrative support for the onboarding of new agencies to the HOAIC insurance platform.

• Enter and review data submitted by agencies into the HOAIC support systems.
• Collaborate with the Licensing, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure missing information is obtained from agencies/agents.
• Additional administrative duties as needed including account changes and login reset support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Data entry and administrative support experience a plus.
• Knowledge of common address and phone number templates used in the United States and ability to recognize incorrect data (preferably).
• Ability to communicate with agents and agency reps via telephone and/or email.
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

Requirements

• Monthly salary: COP 3,200,000.00
