[Hiring] Lead Epic Cadence Analyst @Cedars-Sinai

Role Description

The Lead Epic Cadence Analyst is responsible for overseeing and leading patient access implementation. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading team members in the planning, structuring, and monitoring of projects and work assignments.
• Providing deep subject matter build expertise in the Cadence application/systems and ensuring cross-functional integration of projects and assignments.
• Supervising the work of others, assigning or allocating work to the team, and ensuring tasks are completed according to deadlines and quality standards.
• Leading vertical customers and consensus building activities of end users, operational leaders, physicians, and designated staff for the purpose of end-user application implementation.
• Leading horizontal customers/end users through consensus building across EIS functions to resolve major issues affecting all CS-Link (and other applications) teams.
• Performing larger, more complex, and technical assignments/projects and managing team projects: translating customer needs, meeting deliverables, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations.
• Assigning and leading all aspects of the analysis, implementation, and testing of updates, changes, and maintenance to Epic modules and related applications; ensuring end-users/business owners are notified.
• Serving as the primary team liaison/talk to end-user/business owners and other EIS work teams.
• Performing advanced-level design, build, and implementation assignments/projects.
• Attending and representing the unit on various Epic-related committees (CAB, CHOCC, LOCC).
• Managing and coordinating the more advanced configuration and build assignments/projects in collaboration with others.

*Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Los Angeles are preferred; remote candidates may be considered in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, or Texas.*

Qualifications

• Six (6) plus years of Epic Cadence design, build, implementation experience.
• Referrals, Decision Tree, and/or RTE design and build experience.
• Provider Template Optimization, Visit type consolidation, Department and Provider build experience.
• Project management experience. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
• Epic Cadence Certification required. A 2nd Epic Certification or Badge highly preferred in Referrals, Decision Trees, and/or RTE.
