Role Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflows.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboards.
• Ability to work with HR, Finance, and other support functions to develop and deploy suitable ticketing solutions for their functional areas.
• Lead the design for integrations and APIs to/from existing HR, Finance, and other support applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standards.
• Partner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on Atlassian capabilities, industry best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work on an international team in different timezones and often competing priorities.
• Work in an iterative way with the business stakeholders to agree, develop, and document solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Jira Service management, Jira Admin (cloud/data), Confluence admin.
• Workflow design & optimization.
• Automation rules.
• Dashboards & reporting.
• Understanding of REST APIs & integrations.
• Scripting.
• Design scalable solutions.
• Build ticketing solutions across multiple teams/functions.
• Integrate Jira with SAP API configuration.
• Data migration – import/export.
• Requirement gathering/stakeholder workshop experience.
• Management of change, release & environment.
• Dashboard development, SLA, KPI reporting.
• Problem solving ability.
• Explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
