Role Description

This role involves providing technical support and ensuring that clients' IT systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients via remote access and support tools.
System Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, apply updates, and ensure optimal security configurations.
User Assistance & Training: Provide guidance to end-users on best practices, system functionalities, and troubleshooting techniques.
Incident Response: Identify and address IT incidents swiftly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and enhancements efficiently.
Cybersecurity Best Practices: Ensure compliance with security protocols, troubleshoot vulnerabilities, and assist with data protection measures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments; networking (VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP); and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).
Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely, using various support tools and techniques.
Certifications (Preferred, Not Required): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple support tickets efficiently.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote role.
