[Hiring] Invoice Specialist @Solotech Inc.

Role Description

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the incumbent resolves customer demands as relates to invoicing and customer accounts.

• Invoicing:
  • Quality assurance of sales orders/projects/contracts for billing accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting with operations/sales/client on invoicing corrections/credits.
  • Invoicing sales orders in a timely manner.
• Customer Accounts:
  • Respond to customer inquiries within established SLA times.
  • Resolution / escalation of client cases.
  • Handle delivery of monthly account statements.
  • Data management of account information – D365/Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferable, i.e., University equivalent.
• 2-3 years invoicing experience.
• 1-2 years experience in an office environment and accounting practices.

Requirements

• MS Office suite – Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook.
• ERP experience - Dynamics 365 and R2.
• CRM experience – Salesforce.
• Experience working remotely is required.
• Bilingual – English required.
