Role Description

ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation Specialist to help manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs. Our teams' objective is to provide the accurate resolution to all the sellers and fulfillment centres. The Investigation Specialist will support Sellers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. An Investigation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for flow of information between different stakeholders and resolves the issues created by sellers accurately in a timely manner.

• An Investigation Representative provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching, querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions.
• An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements, analyze data, notice trends, and drive seller experience without compromising on time.
• The candidate should have a basic understanding of inbounding and should be able to communicate clearly in English in both written and verbal form.

A day in the life:

• An Investigation Representative is responsible for conducting assigned investigations in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools.
• This requires a high level of ownership throughout the investigation life cycle by facilitating flow of information, reporting progress, identifying blockers, and providing resolutions.
• An Investigation Representative will insist on high standards by effectively deep diving to summarize findings and proposing solutions by identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized university

Requirements

• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
