[Hiring] Internship in the field of Lean Manufacturing @Bosch Group

Role Description

Depending on your study program the internship may contain the following main points:

• Support the design of new production machines and processes.
• Participation in Bosch Production System projects: continuous improvement work on existing production and/or logistic processes in the fields of Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery.
• Standardization and improvement of production and/or logistics processes.
• Definition & implementation of lean standards: value stream planning, standardized work, pull production, leveling, quick changeover, …
• I4.0 and digitalization.

Qualifications

• You must be enrolled as a student.
• Language: good knowledge of English is required. German and possibly Dutch is a plus.
• Fields of study: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, technical business economics.
• Completed basic study period.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office.
• You are able to communicate efficiently & effectively, you can work on your own and as a team player.
• Responsible, independent and reliable worker.
• Intercultural interest and understanding.
• An internship will be successful if you are inquisitive, active and ask for work.
• The main condition is that you are a European citizen and if not, you can only do an internship through a European exchange program.

Requirements

• The internship requires that you have the nationality of a EU-country or that you are taking part in the Erasmus program.
