[Hiring] International Case Management Consultant @AGORA

Role Description

The purpose of this consultancy is to enhance the effectiveness and quality of the response services being provided through the Child Protection Case Management and Referral System (CP-CMRS) across provinces. This will be done by:

• Strengthening case management practices through structured mentoring and supervision.
• Updating tools, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidance in line with emerging needs.
• Building the capacity of the social service workforce alongside robust supervision mechanisms.
• Strengthening case management practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s university degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in child protection systems strengthening, social work, workforce strengthening or other relevant areas.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of case management systems, with a strong understanding of international best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of social service workforce strengthening.
• Expertise with capacity building, mentoring and supervision in the area of child protection.
• Proven expertise in technical development of SOPs/manuals in the areas of child protection.
