Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Integration Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and implementing EHR and Payer connections, with a strong focus on reading and interpreting EHR vendor documentation. The Integration Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data integrations by testing, troubleshooting, and guiding integrations to successful completion. In addition, this role will support and maintain existing integrations to help ensure they continue functioning properly, including:

• Monitoring integration performance
• Troubleshooting issues
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Helping resolve data flow or connectivity problems as they arise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong ability to read and understand API integration documentation (EHR and Payer)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
