Role Description

This position’s primary responsibility is regarding the data entry of information into the Conflicts and Accounting System software. This individual will also assist on other projects as assigned to include:

Database clean-up
Closing of new clients
Responding to inquiries from clients (namely from secretaries)

This role will report to the Intake Manager.

Qualifications

Be a Polish citizen living in Poland or a foreign national living in Poland with the right to work in Poland without a work permit
Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English (working in an English-speaking environment only)
Have at least 2 years of experience as an assistant or legal assistant, preferably in a law firm environment or other professional services organization
Have knowledge of security rules, information processing and other policies applicable in a business environment
Be committed to providing quality products and services
Have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and team-work skills
Be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
