Role Description

eAssist Insurance Verification Success Consultants help dental practices prepare for patient visits by thoroughly verifying insurance coverage and accurately documenting benefit information before appointments. What You'll Do:

• Complete all insurance verifications with 100% accuracy at least 2 business days before the patient's appointment
• Verify that all insurance data in the client's practice management software (PMS) is accurate
• Accurately enter coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and remaining balances into the client's PMS
• Attach the insurance breakdown in the client's PMS images, Doc Center, or SmartDocs
• Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, dental offices, and eAssist team members
• Maintain accurate documentation while meeting required turnaround times and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent dental insurance verification experience within the past two years
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance benefits, terminology, coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and remaining benefits
• Experience working with dental practice management software
• Some daytime flexibility Monday through Friday is required for daily office responsibilities, office/eAssist meetings and communication with insurance companies
• A dedicated workspace, printer, high-speed internet, and a computer that meets our current Hardware and Software Requirements
• Comfortable using Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements

• 100% Remote
• Flexible schedule with daytime availability required
• All positions start part-time with the possibility of growing into a full-time role (often within six months), if desired
• Commission-based earnings with the potential of earning $25,000-$50,000 or more annually once full-time status is achieved
