Role Description

• Support employer group Sales partners with group renewals, new group implementations, and request for proposals (RFPs) as it relates to custom medical and pharmacy health plans
• Responsible for creating custom medical and pharmacy plans and generating member facing documents ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and Blue Shield of California’s policies and procedures
• Support key stakeholders by serving as a subject matter expert for Blue Shield of California’s benefit and plan offerings
• Will work cross-functionally focusing on complex plan designs and performing other activities that support business metrics related to production, as defined by the organization’s needs

Schedule is 8-5 PST

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rancho Cordova, CA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.00/hr.
