Role Description
Now we are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team.
- Design and implement training programs for IT and support teams, including soft skills development.
- Develop learning content for e-learning and/or instructor-led training.
- Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Organize, facilitate, and conduct online meetups, Q&A sessions, and mastermind groups.
- Build and maintain relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and manage collaborations with partners.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Ability to distinguish high-quality training from ineffective ones.
- Strong results-oriented mindset rather than process-driven approach.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of communication.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
