Role Description
The Vice President of Global Market Access will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that ensure the successful global commercialization of Telix’s products. The role requires significant expertise in market access, reimbursement, and health economics, as well as a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for nuclear medical products.
- Develop and implement global market access strategies
- Monitor and anticipate the evolving market access, institutional customer, and competitive landscape
- Contribute to the globalization of therapeutics to populations across new and emerging markets
- Define pricing, tendering, contracting, and life-cycle strategies
- Manage pricing and market access strategies
- Lead health economics and outcomes research
- Inform price-setting through pricing research
- Determine optimal Value-Based or Market Based pricing strategies
- Utilize innovative pricing models and managed entry schemes
- Set optimal pricing and contracting strategy per market segments
- Develop the Global Pricing Policy and associated pricing story
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide input into clinical development plans
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related field required
- 10+ years of experience in global market access, reimbursement, or health economics
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for nuclear medical products
- Good understanding of the US and EU Price & Reimbursement strategy
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in the nuclear medical pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
