[Hiring] Information Security Analyst @A.C. Coy

Role Description

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Information Security Analyst. Ideal candidates must have prior experience developing security awareness and training initiatives as well as overseeing global phishing/smishing/vishing campaigns.

• Contribute to all aspects of the cyber security learning and awareness program
• Assist in developing security awareness and training initiatives for employees and embedded contractors, which includes role-specific training
• Use innovative ideas to enhance user engagement through training sessions, demonstrations, newsletters, etc.
• Oversee global phishing/smishing/vishing campaigns and work closely with Cyber Defense Team to align simulations with real world threats
• Track training assignment completion metrics and conduct follow-up with users and managers as needed
• Solicit and interpret user feedback and assess areas of opportunity

Qualifications

• Prior experience with phishing simulation development - 3+ years
• Proofpoint Security Awareness Training platform - 2+ years
• Solid understanding of phishing attacks and mitigation against them
• Experience in and exposure to cyber security risk and mitigation strategies, technologies, programs, and operations - 3+ years
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical staff
