Role Description

The Supply Chain System Administrator III provides day-to-day application security/system configuration support and administration, including:

• Managing help desk tickets related to configuration
• Analyzing/resolving complex access/system issues in PeopleSoft
• Developing and maintaining documentation related to design, implementation, and processes

Responsible for leading and directing the efforts of design, development, configuration, maintenance of workflow and workflow processes for all modules affected for Supply Chain. Duties include:

• Leading security audits
• Responding and acting on issues related to compliance, security breaches, and policy/procedure violations as requested
• Leading and collaborating with the ERP development teams on PeopleSoft related issues through all phases of the project

Expert understanding of all FSCM modules of the Supply Chain ERP system, including but not limited to:

• Requisitioning
• Procurement
• Contract management
• Sourcing
• Inventory and related components

Educate others on the latest features/functionality to enhance existing applications for greater efficiencies. Applicant must possess thought leadership and the ability to support direct supervisor/managing team. Possesses advanced knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain’s business processes to integrate with system data.

Salesforce knowledge and development desired.

Estimated salary range for this position is $74,100.20 - $96,330.26 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or 8 years equivalent experience
• 10 years advanced experience in fundamental concepts of system security, configuration, workflow, and error processing
• Proficient in Microsoft tools: Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, and Application Designer
• Advanced experience in PeopleSoft Workflow administration, security, and configuration
• Experience working with database and network administrators to ensure that security requirements are accurately enforced
• Able to present information to various stakeholders, including all levels of management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent work ethics
• Strategic and critical thinking is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to resolve problems, develop partnerships, and find resolutions with varying degrees of difficulty and detail
• Extensive experience in PeopleSoft, or a supply chain or healthcare-based ERP system is required
