[Hiring] Implementation Consultant @Vantaca + HOAi

Role Description

As Implementation Consultant for Payments, you'll own the full onboarding lifecycle for Vantaca Pay clients - from pre-go-live setup through 60-day post-launch adoption. Your job is removing friction at every step:

• Unblocking restricted accounts
• Ensuring homeowners log in and stay engaged
• Communicating fee changes
• Delivering training that sticks

You’ll work closely with our cross-functional Vantaca Implementation and Customer Success partners, and internally as a member of our Financial Services operations team.

Expectations for Success

• Ensure 100% on-time customer implementations
• Successful onboardings driving 60%+ homeowner portal engagement post-go live
• Ensure KYC compliance upon go live, limiting restricted bank accounts
• Successful trainings driving customer NPS > 50

Responsibilities

• Own Stripe setup, KYC onboarding, and portal configuration for each client launch
• Diagnose and resolve restricted account issues that block go-live
• Configure fee structures and payment method settings with clients
• Deliver comprehensive training to client teams and end-users
• Drive homeowner adoption through proactive outreach and follow-up communications
• Track 30-60 day post-launch adoption metrics and escalate blockers early
• Serve as primary escalation point for implementation-related support issues
• Maintain client relationships and gather feedback on implementation friction
• Collaborate with Core Vantaca Implementation team, Financial Services operations, and internal stakeholders
• Document learnings and create automations that scale implementation efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation, project management, or related client-facing function at a software/fintech company or technical consulting firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex onboarding with multiple stakeholders
• Track record of owning customer outcomes from launch through stabilization
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities
• Comfortable learning new software systems quickly
• Proficiency with project management and communication tools (Asana, HubSpot)
• Exposure to automation tools, AI workflows, and technical tools (e.g., SQL)
• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent launches
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to debug issues yourself
• Confident leading training sessions and client calls
• Ownership mentality and accountability for customer outcomes
