[Hiring] IAM Governance & User Access Review Analyst @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IAM Governance professional to support and manage User Access Review (UAR) activities across the organization. This is a highly operational, governance-focused role - not an IAM engineering or SailPoint development position. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in access review programs, audit controls, compliance, SOP creation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage manual and tool-based User Access Review (UAR) processes
• Develop execution plans and monitor progress of access reviews across business units
• Track review completion, remediation activities, and compliance status
• Ensure access reviews comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop SOPs, training guides, job aids, and tracking mechanisms
• Conduct training sessions for application owners and business stakeholders
• Create and maintain tracking dashboards, metrics, and status reports
• Serve as a governance advisor for access review execution and control adherence
• Support audit requests and maintain audit-ready documentation

Qualifications

• IAM Governance and Access Governance
• User Access Review (UAR) program management
• SOX, internal audit, and compliance support
• SOP and governance documentation development
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and reporting capabilities
