Role Description
The Healthcare Solutions Consultant is responsible for advising partners on utilization, optimization, and support of TruBridge Encoder Essentials APIs and Web Services. They have a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and its policies, regulations, and trends. The Healthcare Solutions Consultant will:
- Evaluate partner applications of TruBridge Encoder Essentials to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to partners on best practices and policies to ensure adoption and utilization of our products and services.
- Define system solutions based on customer needs, costs, and required integration with existing or new applications, systems, or platforms.
- Provide both business and technical expertise to support the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of interface deliverables for TruBridge.

Essential Functions include:
- Research, identify, select, and test technology products required for our solution implementation and delivery.
- Understand the business needs of the prospect/customer.
- Prepare and present materials to support the sales and training process.
- Demonstrate the features and function of the TruBridge Encoder Essentials solution.
- Articulate the value proposition.
- Pivot and answer questions thoroughly.
- Create and manage implementation project plans.
- Collaborate with content, training, and engineering teams.
- Answer customer and partner support calls and emails.
- Escalate issues that are unable to be resolved.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Be detail-oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
- Act both independently and as a team member.
- Demonstrate expertise in a specific application and/or interface.
- Keep abreast of new software updates and maintain accurate implementation documentation.
- Enhance client training and consulting activities by consistently applying business and industry knowledge and concepts.
- Provide timely follow-up with clients after training and interface implementation sessions.
- Augment client training activities by educating and/or demonstrating the impact of TruBridge Encoder Essentials’ software solution on workflow.
- Monitor expected follow-up dates for assigned implementation orders and situations; alert management of timeline changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7+ years of consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience implementing API and HL7 technology.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with MS Office software - Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
