[Hiring] Health and Safety Advisor @OCS Group

Role Description

Will work as part of the facilities contract management team, on a large, semi state, multi-site contract. They will be responsible for providing health and safety support and governance to the front-line operational team, in the delivery of both facilities management and capital project delivery. The role will work as part of the QHSE Department and report directly into the Director of QHSE & Compliance.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in construction and/or Facilities Management industries beneficial
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance procedures and ability to interpret relevant legislation
• High level of communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills
• Proficiency in the application of Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in English
• Full clean driver’s license

• Proven ability to carry out effective investigations, audits, inspections and compile reports and recommendations
• Ambitious self-starter with confidence and drive to take ownership of cross-functional processes
• Flexibility required
