What’s the mission you’ll drive

• Build and scale the integrated financial engine that drives Addi’s banking operations.
• Provide the definitive, forward-looking view of capital, liquidity, and earnings to enable high-stakes decisions.

What you will do

• Build Addi's growth engine on both sides of GMV.
• Grow Active Sellers 150%+ and the Published base 2x, while shifting the mix deeper into strategic categories.
• Win on value and trust by improving pricing and quality on high-impact listings.
• Reduce merchant-driven order issues by 30% across 80K+ monthly orders.
• Turn supply into a commercial asset by owning the commercial calendar against demand peaks.
• Close the selection gap upstream of demand by improving brand coverage and category productivity.

Qualifications

• Runs Selection as a System with an explicit cause-to-effect model.
• Builds and runs a decision-grade governance cadence.
• Prices acquisition by merchant maturity value and mix.
• Built a data-driven category prioritization and brand-tiering method.
• Reads a category by productivity and activates existing catalogue.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven experience in scaling a merchant or partner base.
• History of implementing data-driven seller scoring or policy enforcement programs.
• Designs and implements advanced pricing and policy mechanisms.
• Takes financial accountability for supply-side performance.
• Utilizes complex data to diagnose root causes and prioritize actions.
• Establishes key measurement systems and holds teams accountable.
• Acts as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering.
• Deeply understands infrastructure investments and their impact.
• Excels at mobilizing and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Rapidly scales and professionalizes the Merchant Success and Acquisition teams.
• Defines clear roles, KPIs, and training for the Merchant Success team.
• Fosters a high-performance, results-driven culture.
