[Hiring] Head of Board and Executive Operations @Change Grow Live

Role Description

As our Head of Board & Executive Operations, you'll lead a newly established function supporting our Board of Trustees, Board Committees and Executive Leadership Team. You'll oversee governance, planning, executive support and continuous improvement activity, helping strengthen organisational effectiveness, resilience and consistency across one of the UK's largest health and social care charities.

This role provides dedicated leadership for a critical area of our organisation, ensuring senior leaders and Trustees are supported by effective oversight, planning and operational processes. You'll help create the connection between governance, strategy and delivery so that decisions are translated into clear actions, accountability and measurable outcomes.

While much of your work will take place alongside Trustees and senior leaders, the impact of the role reaches far beyond the boardroom. The foundations you help build will support colleagues right across Change Grow Live, enabling them to focus their time and energy where it matters most.
