[Hiring] GTM Operations Analyst @Intertek

Role Description

The GTM Operations Analyst owns the quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle inside GTM Operations:

• Quoting
• Pipeline hygiene
• Billing
• Forecasting
• Pricing

All connected to the same data layer and forecast the rest of the function runs on. It backfills a core seat on the team and works in close partnership with the Director of GTM Operations to keep Sales Ops and Revenue Ops running without a gap, then grows into a broader share of the function's roadmap as the team scales back up.

Shift/Schedule: Monday- Friday; Business Hours

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable quote-to-cash/GTM function
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), including pipeline management and data hygiene
• Experience with quoting, discount/concession approval workflows, and opportunity-to-quote processes
• Familiarity with billing and revenue processes, including forecasting and EOM close support
• Working knowledge of BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred

Requirements

• Quoting & deal execution: Own budgetary quote generation and signable quote execution, including discounting and concession approval workflows
• Pipeline & CRM hygiene: Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM data integrity, and serve as the go-to tech stack subject matter expert for the sales team
• Revenue forecasting & billing: Own billing and revenue forecasting, and manage billing scheduling and processing
• Pricing strategy: Support pricing strategy analyses and updates in partnership with the Director of GTM Operations
• Executive & finance reporting: Own EOM reporting and finance alignment, plus ad hoc executive analyses support
• Business intelligence: Contribute to company-wide BI and data visualization work that keeps the GTM data layer connected across functions
