[Hiring] GTM Engineer @Synder

Role Description

You’ll turn go-to-market needs into connected systems, automated workflows, and useful prospect data. This is an individual contributor role focused on building and operating those systems.

• Build connected GTM systems:
  • Design and maintain HubSpot workflows and integrations across Clay, Lemlist, and Aircall, keeping records, ownership, campaign activity, and handoffs aligned.
• Automate research and enrichment:
  • Build Clay workflows to research accounts, identify relevant contacts, verify contact information, and deliver useful context to HubSpot.
• Build targeting and AI personalization workflows:
  • Translate our ideal customer profiles and buyer personas into actionable segments.
  • Build Clay workflows that use AI to create highly personalized messaging for sequence campaigns based on each audience, account, and contact, with research grounded in evidence.
• Build signal infrastructure:
  • Track relevant buying signals across accounts on our ideal customer profile (ICP) list.
  • Connect those signals to prioritization and outreach workflows so the team knows when to reach out and has a relevant reason for the conversation.
• Automate sales operations:
  • Improve lead classification, routing, assignment, tasks, campaign enrollment, and qualification handoffs in partnership with process owners.
• Maintain reliability and data quality:
  • Troubleshoot failures, prevent duplicates, maintain suppression controls, monitor enrichment costs, and document workflows so they remain dependable and maintainable.
• Experiment and measure results:
  • Test new signals, enrichment approaches, and automation; evaluate their impact on rep efficiency, conversion, and qualified pipeline; expand what works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and maintaining GTM automation in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot expertise, including workflows, properties, lists, object associations, routing, and integrations.
• Strong hands-on Clay expertise, including enrichment, research, verification, AI-powered messaging, signal tracking, conditional logic, and HubSpot writeback.
• Experience with outbound platforms such as Lemlist, including campaign setup, enrollment controls, activity sync, and deliverability.
• Ability to connect tools through native integrations, APIs, webhooks, or workflow automation platforms, and troubleshoot how data moves between them.
• Commercial understanding of account fit, buyer personas, buying signals, qualification, and sales handoffs.
• A practical approach to data accuracy, testing, documentation, and ownership after launch.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Aircall with HubSpot.
• Experience supporting free-trial sales motions or working with SaaS, ecommerce, payments, or accounting products.
