Role Description

The Graduate Procurement Officer provides procurement support across the full project lifecycle - including development, bidding, closing, construction, and operations - with a strong emphasis on bidding and closing phases. Working closely with the Senior Procurement Lead and reporting functionally to the Lead Procurement Manager, the role supports the preparation of procurement packages, contractor screening, tender documentation, and data management processes. This position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to develop foundational procurement skills within a dynamic, fast‑growing renewable energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Tender Support
  • Develop procurement packages for BOP (Balance of Plant) contractors.
  • Draft Invitation to Tender (ITT) letters.
  • Compile and package documentation required for RFPs.
  • Support procurement processes across project environments.
  • Assist in contract signature and administrative processes.
• Data & Documentation Management
  • Maintain accurate and organised procurement data filing systems.
  • Conduct compliance checks to screen contractors and suppliers.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely procurement deliverables.
  • Communicate with external suppliers and contractors during tender and screening phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Supply Chain
  • Engineering, or a related field
• 0–1 year professional experience (graduates encouraged).
• No industry experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year of professional experience.
• 1 year of industry-related experience (advantageous).
