[Hiring] Go-To-Market Systems Administrator @Nozomi Networks

Role Description

Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity. We're looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Administrator who thrives working independently and enjoys solving problems across a modern sales technology stack.

In this role, you will:

• Administer and support our Go-to-Market technology stack.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, profiles, and access requests across multiple platforms.
• Configure reports, dashboards, workflows, and light system configurations.
• Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting user issues and escalating more complex problems when necessary.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to ensure our technology supports business objectives.
• Document system configurations, support processes, and best practices.
• Monitor platform health and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Assist with system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
• Continuously learn new technologies and stay current with the evolving GTM technology landscape.

• Experience administering multiple SaaS platforms within a Go-to-Market environment.
• Experience managing user provisioning, permissions, roles, and access.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and basic system configurations.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A growth mindset with a genuine desire to continuously learn and improve.

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI agents or automation workflows across the tech stack.
• Experience with Salesforce and one or more of the following platforms is highly desirable:
• Clari
• Claude
• LeanData
• Loopio
• Top Hat
• Cloudingo
• Dunn & Bradstreet
• Traction
• Other modern Go-to-Market, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations platforms

• Base pay scale for this position is $79,962 - $104,117.
